BPM Masterclass series
Bristol Cathedral Choir School, College Square, Bristol
BPM Masterclass Series is a collaboration between Bristol Plays Music and Bristol Cathedral Choir School. Using the outstanding facilities at Bristol Cathedral Choir School, BPM Masterclass series aims to provide Bristol’s young musicians with the opportunity to watch and be coached by some of the UK’s leading performers.
Now in its fourth year, the series brings some of the country’s finest classical musicians to bristol. to deliver six very special recital-masterclasses. These events give students the chance to meet, watch and learn from musicians at the forefront of their profession.
This year BPM Masterclass series offers an even greater variety of performers, including emerging soloists from the Young Classical Artists Trust, YCAT, professional orchestral musicians belonging to orchestras such as the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, Welsh National Opera, and Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, and graduating students from some of the finest Conservatoires in the country.
Each event runs from 5.30-8pm in the Cresswell Theatre at BCCS. Entry is: £10 to perform in the masterclass, £5 to watch.
